We are absolutely loving our second Ashwood home. We previously had a Dee but due to an expanding family, we needed something with more space and an extra room for our newest bundle of joy.
We also needed something that was ready for us to move straight into as we didn’t want the hassle with renovating or changing an older property with a newborn! That’s when we got back in contact with the ladies at the Holbeach Meadows office.
From the get go, everyone was so helpful. We got an appointment immediately and was told which homes were left to reserve – we chose the detached Mere and couldn’t be happier. Everything was explained so perfectly and clearly, so we understood, again, what the next steps were and the time frames.
Once ready, we booked the appointment to pick our options for our new home and we couldn’t be any more excited. The ladies in the office really helped with the experience by offering as many insights as possible, showing us previous photos of options we were looking at and also moving the samples all around the office so we could see them in different lights!
Further down the line, there were a couple of options that we wanted to change and again, we were so welcomed to come back in and have a look again. We couldn’t be more appreciative of this and the time they spent helping us decide.
We had a couple of appointments to come and view our home before completion so we could measure up and see the progress from the inside and it was astonishing to see the differences each time. Everything was coming together and looked just the way we had envisioned it.
Completion day soon came around and we couldn’t believe the final result. We were and still are so unbelievably happy with everything.
From start to finish (and beyond with the customer care team), we had the most perfect experience and couldn’t recommend Ashwood Homes and the team enough.
I think it speaks for itself that this is the second time we’ve purchased with them and it definitely won’t be the last! We can’t thank everyone enough and we are absolutely in love with our new family home.
