A Home for Life is a bespoke solution, tailored for you. It provides a simple way for you to secure your next home for thousands less than the market price, through the purchase of a “Lifetime Lease”.

You pay a one-off amount to Homewise (that’s always thousands less than the market price) to purchase a Lifetime Lease, which is registered at Land Registry. So, you’re legally protected to live in your chosen home, happily and securely, for your lifetime.
