A launch event for Phase 2 of The Spires development at Kirton was a huge success with four plots reserved off-plan during the weekend.
A queue of eager viewers formed ahead of the doors opening at 10am on Saturday, with people keen to see the site plan and look around the three show homes on site.
Ashwood Homes sales staff were on hand to answer questions and guide potential buyers through the available homes.
Sales manager Chloe King said: “It was a really, really successful event over the two days.
“We had lots of people from the local community come and have a look around, as well as potential buyers from afar. Some were looking to buy immediately with others interested in maybe purchasing in the future.
“We were pleased to have four plots reserved off-plan during the weekend, but that means we still have a good variety of plots for more buyers to come and take their pick of.”
