Here at Ashwood Homes we are always keen to play our part in building new developments that benefit the areas they are located in.
We have recently submitted a planning application to South Holland District Council to build 100 new affordable homes in Holbeach.
These homes contribute to local affordable rented and shared ownership housing needs.
The development is planned for around eight acres of land off Fen Road and Tudor Way, close to our existing Holbeach Meadows development and includes 50 2-bed homes, 46 3-bed homes and four 1-bed homes. There is also allocation of public open space within the development.
The application also includes the provision of just under £1m for additional health and education provision in the local area.
The application will now be considered and decided by the district council.
